Environmental Care Center (ECC)

Recycling Engineering Co., Ltd. initiated a system for managing industrial chemical waste by recycling methods and has continuously developed a better waste management system for more than 20 years. The company has transformed more than 60,000 tons of waste into recycled products that can be used again which helps reduce costs and creates satisfaction of customers who are in the major industrial sectors of the country.

To further the success of the development of waste management systems in Thailand, the company has built ECC (Environmental Competence Center), with the support of the DEG (The German Investment and Development Corporation) in order to provide environmental education to agencies and educational institutions especially students which will play a role in controlling the production and environmental management in the future.

The best environmental management is to focus on
Prevention by educating waste generators to properly manage waste at the beginning
rather than Correction by disposing of waste to the disposal destination.

Objective

To disseminate knowledge on the prevention of problems caused by industrial waste and how to properly handle waste.

Goal

So that participants can apply the knowledge they receive to improve environmental management.
