Quality Control and Assurance
The quality of recyclable products is the key to satisfying customers. The company, therefore, places emphasis on the quality inspection process by using modern analysis tools in order to obtain the accuracy and reliability of the chemical properties data. In addition, the company also has a quality control system and data collection of chemical properties at every step, from receiving used chemicals into the company until produced as a recyclable product, ensuring that customers will receive quality products that meet the agreed standards.
Transportation
As industrial chemical waste is hazardous waste, the company is very strict in handling transportation and proceed as follows:
- Vehicles for chemical waste transportation is regularly inspected to meet safety standards. Driver personnel must pass a Type 4 driving license, which is the highest license for transporting chemicals.
- Documents for transportation (Manifest) are prepared in order to strictly comply with the laws and regulations of the Department of Industrial Works.
- Suitable containers are used to store chemical waste to prevent breakage and leakage during transportation.
- Emergency supplies are prepared in case of undesired events such as chemical spills during transportation.
- A schematic layout of chemical waste locating in transportation vehicles is planned by chemists to avoid contact of incompatible substances that can cause violent reactions.
- The Global Positioning System (GPS) is installed in all transport vehicles to ensure that chemicals from the factory will be delivered directly to the company safely and will not affect the environment.

Chemical Waste Storage Area
To prevent unwanted chemical reactions of chemical waste collected in the company and before the production process, the company has built a standard indoor chemical storage facility so that storage areas can be divided according to chemical types appropriately. There are emergency supplies in the chemical storage areas in case of an undesired event or accident. Drain rails including wells are built to handle chemicals that may leak from containers. Storage areas are well designed and managed to ensure safety and maintain the original properties of raw materials.
Sludge and Residue Management
Sludge and residue generated from the recycling process or waste that cannot be treated will be properly collected and disposed of to the destination disposal that meets the standards of the Department of Industrial Works.
